Ceramics

This Friday, Heidi, Hailey and I, took some young friends and went to the ceramics shop to pass the time during Torsten's first day of Shakespeare class. (Both are in Kimberly so I was trying to conserve some gas ;-) The kids have enjoyed spending hours painting special projects in that tiny studio this past year. I hope their experiences are helping them develop patience and attention to detail. Heidi learned some antiquing and chalk techniques during her afternoons spent painting this little bunny. She did a great job.

Great job Heidi! - And Torsten is taking a Shakespeare class? Awesome - what do you do - read it? act it out? discuss it? I didn't know he was into Shakespeare.

Hey Manda, He is in a homeschool c-op class that meets every Friday. This semester they are working on Merchant of Venice. The 2 ladies that are teaching it are lots of fun!
I tried to be a "follower" of your blog but it wouldn't let me. I wonder why?

Hi Nicolle, Could you email your blog address again? And can I put it on my blog list? And tell me what "tagged" me means... :-)

Her bunny is perfect! You are such a sweet mom. We miss playing soccer, and seeing you often. Tell Hailey that Lauren really enjoys being in O.W.L.S.!
